- Dry Mini Penne Pasta
- Flavored Cheddar Cheese Packet
- 5 Cups of water
- 1/3 Cup of milk
- 1 Tbsp of unsalted butter
5 Cups of water in medium-sized pot or saucepan.
2. Once water is boiling:
Add pasta and stir. Cook for 7-8 minutes or until pasta is to your liking. Stir occasionally while cooking.
3. When pasta is done:
Drain in colander. While pasta is draining, do step 4.
4. Now add:
1 Tbsp of unsalted butter to pot and melt. Add 1/3 cup of milk.
5. Mix In:
Cheese packet with milk and butter, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on low heat until creamy.
Drained pasta back into the pot. Mix-in well with creamy cheese sauce. Now, Enjoy!
For a more rich and creamy sauce, add an additional Tbsp of butter and replace the milk with 1/3 cup of heavy cream.

This is my absolute favorite flavor! It's smoky and spicy without being too much. I love how creamy and cheesy it is and it's really easy to make too! This stuff does not disappoint! Oh, and no clumps!
I'm a genius. I literally took a taste of heaven and I'm back to tell the tale! Last night me and my dad wanted some mac and cheese, obvs. He wanted his favorite which is chipotle and I wanted my favorite which is campfire. So I made a double batch and mixed them!! And I always make the sauce before mixing unlike those knaves who just throw it all in the pasta! Yuck. Anyway there was SO MUCH sauce and it turned this wicked color, felt like I was brewing a potion lol. Needless to say, it was amazing. Felt like spicy and smoky took me over and I'm okay with it ya'll! Am I the first to mix two together!? Gotta name it after me then. Syd's brew or something. Get on that brozzian! Followed the directions. And they are spot on for someone who may be new to the kitchen.
The cheese flavor gets slightly lost due to the bold chipotle smoke/ heat, but boy the chipotle flavor doesn’t disappoint.
I wish there was slightly more sauce to add to the pasta or maybe add a bit more milk when preparing. Once the pasta cools the sauce is mostly all absorbed.
Over all this was VERY yummy. And a nice treat. I look forward to pairing this with brisket.
This has quite a kick! If you like spicy, you will love this. The flavor was spot on!! This was the first type of Flavored Mac and Cheese I tried and it did not disappoint! Already ordered stock ups for the cabinet.
