Chaimon Rub is an Armenian seasoning that is well-known for being used on Basturma—a classic Armenian dry-aged beef. Brozzian's Chaimon Rub is our take on the classic seasoning. It is great on any red meat and has a rich taste that brings out the flavor of the meat it's used on.

I basically only use the potato seasoning but decided to pick this up on my way to free shipping (6 potatoes wasn't enough...lol). Actually it was surprisingly good! The name threw me off but I threw it on some steak and my oh my what a wonderful day. I'll get this again on my next go around with some other new stuff since apparently everything these guys make tastes good. Thanks guys for the creative seasoning!
This one intrigued me when I first found out about brozzian spices. I found myself hesitant to try it on my first couple of orders, but finally pulled the trigger on my most recent order. Glad I did, this rub is awesome on meat. Turned my steak and my pulled pork into something amazing, especially when combining with the grilling seasoning.
My neighbor is Armenian so I asked her if she had heard of this rub. She said no but she had heard of the basturma that's listed in the description and said it's good. I ain't heard of either but I hope to try it some day if that dish is what inspired this great seasoning!
