Been cooking and enjoying Barbecue for over 27 years. So I know a thing or two when it comes to anything BBQ. Memphis, Carolina, Alabama, Texan, even our local foggy style, I've cooked it all. found this box on Amazon and went into it with low expectations since everything else I've tried on Amazon just hasn't been up to snuff. Surprisingly, each one of the seasonings held it's own, especially the original BBQ one. Although it's not perfect, it does capture a lot of the BBQ style in a single dry rub. I will buy this again in the future. Well done.
