We love the variety of spices we have built up! We use it in all of our dishes! When someone says “this is so good” I show them which Brozzian I used. Now it’s a “game” for everyone to figure out which one I added :) Today I marinated chicken thighs making a sweet/spicy marinade with a touch of the Rockin Wok Seasoning!
I wanted to try this seasoning because I make stir-fry literally once a week. I'm glad I did because it's so good!
Discovered this cooking on a grill one evening and I didn't realize the immense impact this innocent seasoning would have on my daily routine. My neighbor was having a chicken bash and I came a'runnin' to see what was in the coop. Her review is a couple down so she's probably said enough but I use this daily. I bring salad to work, Rockin' is on it. I bring roasted squash and zucchini to work, Rockin' is on it. I made a bet with my friend and Rockin' was on it! This seasoning is new and all but I can't imagine how my daily humdrum life was coexisting with everyone else's before this seasoning entered the fray. Welcome to the fray Rockin' welcome to the fray.
Tried it because it was new and it's possibly the best one yet.
This is by far my favorite seasoning so far!!!
I cut up chicken breast into strips and added some olive oil and spread rockin’ Wok generously all over and mixed. I marinated it overnight. Cooking it on the grill all the neighbors were coming over to see what was cooking. I know 3 people that will be looking for Brozzian Rockin’ Wok.
