Such a great spice

I use this spice on so many things! It adds great flavor to steak. I also used it for a little kick in my remoulade for my crab cakes. Great for chicken too! You won’t be disappointed.

Yes to Salmon!

I have used this on a vast array of things, but my oh my is salmon the best. My fiance and I make baked salmon a few times each month and this ingredient is a NECESSITY. I don't say that lightly! Seriously, you NEED this. You're not even making salmon if this isn't on it. Learn how to salmon people!!

My favorite for seafood!

This is probably my all time favorite seasoning. It's great for any sort of cajun meal you want (my favorite is pastalaya) and saves me a trip to the store to get all the random spices I normally need to get for a New Orleans style meal! My absolutely favorite thing to put it on though is seafood! Cajun shrimp is the best thing ever on tacos and I've also tried it on blackened salmon...YUM. Would 100% recommend this meal go anyone who likes a tiny bit of kick in their food!
Pro tip: it's also amazing on buttered popcorn!

The perfect No MSG BBQ Potato Chip

I like, no I love, a quality BBQ potato chip. However, I have a problem with MSG. It's difficult to find BBQ chips without it included in the ingredients listed on the side of the bag. If MSG is not in it, then usually there is some other undesirable ingredient added. With the New Orleans Rub Cajun Seasoning it is easy to make the perfect BBQ Potato Chip ! Start with plain old chips or no salt added chips in a bowl and sprinkle a little New Orleans Rub over the top of them. Sample and repeat until they become the best BBQ Chips you ever had. Then read the side of the New Orleans Rub ingredients list. It makes me smile every time I mix up a batch. Thanks for making this tasty quality product.

Great for cajun.

I bought this as an addon to get free shipping and I'm glad I did since I use it frequently. My two sons both like it and it isn't too spicy for me or my wife although my wife prefers I don't over do it!! It is great...I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a added boost in flavor and a little kick. Trying it on the salmon we have planned for the weekend.
