Minced Garlic

Description:

Minced Garlic or garlic flakes are larger pieces of garlic that are dried. Once dried, minced garlic can be rehydrated, giving a similar garlic flavor as that of fresh garlic.

Conversion:

1/2 teaspoon is equal to 1 fresh clove.
