Home Fries are a great side to any dish. Brozzian's Roasted Potato seasoning is designed to bring out immense flavor to all of your potato recipes.

4-5 Red Bliss Potatoes
1 Tablespoon of Brozzian's Roasted Potato Seasoning
1 Tablespoon of Kosher Salt or Iodized Salt
3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place a medium pot of water on the stove. Set the heat to high so that the pot will come to a boil.
Add the 2 tablespoons of salt to the water so it can dissolve.
Wash your potatoes and then dice them into small 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch cubes.
Once the water is boiling, slowly add the potatoes.
(Warning: water may splash slightly) Allow the potatoes to cook for 10-12 minutes or until they are fork tender. Don't overcook the potatoes.
Strain the potatoes and allow them to cool for 10 minutes.
(Do not run cold water over them). Place the potatoes into the mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of Roasted Potato Seasoning and 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil. Mix gently until all of the potatoes are coated.
In a skillet or sauté pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and put the pan on medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, slowly add your potatoes to the pan and evenly spread them out.
Allow the potatoes to cook and brown up for 5-7 minutes, mixing or tossing a few times to evenly cook them and get a nice brown color.
Your Potatoes are done and ready to be served, enjoy!
If you desire more color, cook the potatoes for an additional 2-3 minutes for a darker color and crust.
Wash and then cut the potatoes.
Place the cutting board on the pot in order to slide the potatoes into it.
Evenly spread the potatoes into the hot pan for a nice color.
