These Marinated Chicken Kebobs are very straight-up, but they will definitely not disappoint as they are extremely flavorful and moist. Brozzian has taken time in designing this recipe to make it easy to prepare, but have restaurant quality and flavor. Thus, this recipe is perfect for a family cookout or just a nice summer night dinner.
Included Brozzian Products: Garlic & Herb Dip Mix
6-8 Skewers Depending On The Size
1 Cup of Brozzian's Garlic and Herb Marinade (See
Brozzian's Marinating Recipe) 1 Tablespoon of Brozzian's Grilling Seasoning
1-2 Pounds of Chicken Breasts
1/2 Pint of Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Large Green Pepper or 1 Medium Green Pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Onion cut to large slices or 1 inch pieces
6-8 metal or wooden skewers
Make the Garlic and Herb Marinade following that recipe.
Clean the chicken breast and cut it into pieces about 1 inch in size.
Add all of the chicken to a mixing bowl, preferably with a cover that goes with it.
Add all of the vegetables and the 1 cup of marinade mixture to the bowl.
Mix very well; make sure the entire product is coated well in the marinade.
Place in the fridge, covering tightly with a cover.
After about 24 hours, give the mixture another good mix before putting it back in the fridge for another 24 hours.
Take all of your skewers and start skewering the chicken and vegetables on the skewers in the order of your liking.
When all of the chicken and vegetables have been skewered, take the 1 Tablespoon of Brozzian's Grilling Seasoning and evenly sprinkle it over the skewers.
Once your skewers are ready, place them on a hot, preheated grill and cook. Turn them often so the skewers cook evenly rather than burning.
The skewers should take about 10-15 minutes to cook depending on the heat of your grill.
(Please make sure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit)
